If you have problems with flexibility in your back or hips in the golf swing, then look at Vijay's swing here. Vijay allows his left knee to flow back with the backswing and then come forward and replant the left heel with the downswing. There is no resistance of the lower body vs. the upper body. Vijay just lets it flow in total body rotation. And the movement of the left knee allow his upper body to rotate so far back.
